Protosolution is a prototype to mass production contract manufacturer of precision metal stampings and secondary assemblies. Using a combination of high-speed presses, slide-forming equipment and automated assembly equipment, we produce low to high-volume, high-precision, small, light-gauge products of the finest quality. In addition, Protosolution supplies reeled stampings for automated assembly lines and reel-to-reel insert molding. We work in all tempers from soft to hard – in gauges from 0.001 in. to 0.250 in. – using brass, copper, phosphorous bronze, beryllium copper, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, carbon and alloy steels, and various precious metals.
