In order to quickly and accurately materialize the products envisioned by the customer, highly skilled engineers utilize the latest in 3D CAD/CAM systems. They adopt Moldex 3D analysis to create flow analyses, while using sophisticated applications and vast databases to make prototype molds quicker than our competitors. Prototype molds for a cell phone or tablet are completed in 3 to 8 days and we can make up to 100 precision prototype molds per week.

We’ve brought in high-performance measuring equipment to test machining precision on the submicron level, ensuring mold accuracy and quality. We also have four molding machines at 50tf, 75tf, 100 tf and 150 tf mold clamping forces at our headquarters plant, designed for prototype mold test shots. Our speedy test shots let us shorten the time until launch for your product.
In addition to manufacturing precision prototype molds and parts, we also do secondary processes such as coating (painting, vacuum metalized plating, silk & pad printing), heat staking, machining, and sub-assembly.
